The recent weeks have brought the Consulate a number of items worth the community's attention. Rather than issue them piecemeal, the Office of the Consul has assembled them here in a single bulletin.
A Champion in the Coldest Valley
The 2026 Syldavian Premier League has concluded. Vladir United are champions — lifted, the day's drama notwithstanding, on the strength of two head-to-head meetings with AS Douma carried through the autumn and into February. The Consulate extends its formal congratulations to the club, to its supporters in Vladivene, and to the broader football community of the Kingdom. The motto reads Čelik u Dolini, Steel in the Valley. It was, on the final ledger, an apt description.
From Wellington, a Long-Awaited Confirmation
The New Zealand director Peter Jackson has confirmed that he is at work on the screenplay of the next Tintin film — a development first taken up by the National Cinema Office in December, now passing, by the director's own account, into the writing stage. The Consulate must echo the realism of the December bulletin: the screenplay concerns the South American adventures, and the cinematic encounter with King Ottokar's Sceptre — for which the community continues to wait — remains a further instalment removed. Deputy Culture Minister Szelimov's standing assurance, that the Ministry of Culture intends to be ready, holds. The Consulate will say only that patience, in this matter, has long since become a national exercise.

The Lego Moon Rocket: An Update, of Sorts
Concerning Set 21367, acquired on launch day and at that time entrusted to the chancery: the Consulate must candidly report that the box, as of this writing, remains sealed — on the lower shelf of the credenza, behind the Order of Compliance binders. The 1,283 pieces require an unbroken span of attention which present consular duties have not yet afforded, and it was judged preferable to defer the undertaking entirely rather than commence it in haste. Assembly will be taken up during the summer recess. The Consulate notes for the record that this delay reflects no decline in national enthusiasm for the lunar programme, but rather the regrettable continued existence of incoming correspondence.
Tax Returns: Important Reminder
The Ministry of Fiscal Oversight has again reported a sustained external campaign of disruption against its public-facing services — the pattern, the methods, and the season of occurrence will be familiar to readers of our note from the same period last year. The Ministry observes — and the Consulate echoes — that intermittent online availability does not constitute grounds for late filing. Submission by post, properly franked, remains a fully valid channel and is once again recommended. The Ministry has further indicated that it has requested preview access to Mythos, the forthcoming Anthropic reasoning system, to harden its infrastructure ahead of next year's filing season; the application, the Consulate is given to understand, is under consideration.
SYLVIA: At Capacity
Several enquiries have reached this office concerning the current workload of the national reasoning system. The Consulate confirms that SYLVIA remains in closed beta — the public playground is, for the time being, the sole open door, and the community is warmly encouraged to step inside. The system is busy: colour image generation, lately functional, continues to consume substantial cycles; in parallel, considerable resources are absorbed in the routine deflection of distributed denial-of-service activity aimed at several network endpoints. All traffic, the Consulate is advised, is being handled within nominal parameters; no degradation of services has been observed.
A Note for the Record
On 15 May, the network's public-facing services migrated to the .eu domain. The change is technically minor — bookmarks and existing .info links continue to resolve without intervention — but the Consulate is content to present it, in the spirit in which it was undertaken, as a modest contribution to that broader European rapprochement which has long figured among the quieter ambitions of the Kingdom. Those who wish, in time, to update their address books are warmly invited to do so.
Normal consular operations continue. The Office of the Consul remains, as ever, at the disposition of the community.
