Consular Services
In accordance with Syldavian administrative practice, the Consulate in Bangkok provides a strictly defined set of consular and ceremonial services. Their delivery is subject to applicable protocols, archival requirements, staff availability, and security conditions.

Authorisation to access illustrated materials for individuals under 7 or over 77 years of age.
New: Can be completed digitally and issued instantly, following recent advances by the Department of Telegraphic Form Automation (Division B, Klow)
Register your presence abroad for consular protection and emergency assistance.
Requires SylConnect authentication. Registration is not possible without a valid SylConnect digital identity.
Temporarily unavailable. Embossing operations are suspended pending recovery of the official seal, misplaced during the 2022 consulate relocation.
Visa issuance is temporarily suspended following a minor diplomatic misunderstanding involving a shipment of suspicious sausages.
Travellers holding valid documentation may still proceed, though no new visas are currently being granted.
Limited to documents completed in Syldavian Blue Ink. Older forms may require ink analysis certification (See Form S-21 below).
Registration of livestock last seen near international markers. Form G-12 required. Reports must be notarised if goat is microchipped.
Official exemption from banner-bearing duties. Requires proof of prior participation or incompatibility (e.g. shoulder strain, diplomatic immunity).
Apply for supervised viewing of declassified scrolls and forms. Requests reviewed monthly by the Bureau of Historical Interpretations.

All administrative and ceremonial requests must be made by appointment. Walk-ins are not permitted at the consulate under current regulations.
Reminder: A Witness Is Required
To qualify, the witness must:
- Be aged 21 or older
- Be in good standing with national service obligations
- Have no criminal convictions
- Maintain appropriate grooming (neat haircut and regulation moustache)
- Display no visible tattoos, earrings or piercings
- Present valid ID card or passport
- Remain present throughout the appointment
- Provide Form W-7, duly completed in Syldavian Blue Ink 214B, in triplicate
Forms & Documents
All consular forms must be downloaded, completed in advance, and printed for your appointment. Incomplete submissions will be rejected.
If any section is handwritten, only Syldavian Blue Ink (214B) is permitted.
