All requests must be submitted via Form SCB‑17/c, accompanied by a brief description of intended use and, where applicable, a clipping diagram. Bulk requests (more than 12 units) may trigger an automatic review by the Stationery Allocation Subcommittee.
Users are reminded that unauthorised redistribution or informal lending of CL‑9 clips is a disciplinary matter.
At the Bangkok Consulate, limited quantities of CL‑9 paperclips are stored in a dehumidified drawer within Cabinet C.3. Access is restricted to designated clip custodians.
